Terms and Conditions: Payments and Late Payments Policy

Terms and conditions pertaining to business and work conducted by Sora Ansell (Freelancer):

A contractual agreement is established between a client (referred to as the "Customer") and Sora Ansell (referred to as the "Freelancer") upon receiving an Order from the Customer. An order may ​be presented in written, verbal, or electronic form. The term "product or Service" encompasses any product or service provided by the Freelancer to the Customer. These conditions do not ​impinge upon your statutory rights.

For orders exceeding £100, the Customer is eligible to choose from the following payment options:

1. Pay upon completion (Payments must be settled within 14 days after receipt)

2. Pay with a deposit (20% deposit upfront with the remaining 80% due within 14 days after receipt)

3. Pay in 3 installments (Divide payments into 3 installments, to be paid weekly within 14 days of receipt)

In the event of late payments:

If the Customer encounters circumstances beyond their control, they should contact the Freelancer, Sora Ansell, within the 14-day period after receipt to explore alternative arrangements and ​avoid late fees. It is the Customer's duty to ensure that the Freelancer is remunerated within the 14-day timeframe following receipt of the invoice. Beyond this period, in the absence of ​communication within the 14-day window to ascertain a precise payment date or alternative arrangement, the Freelancer retains the right to impose a 2% interest per day and a £10 admin fee for ​each reminder email and invoice sent to the Customer. Please note that this is an individual Freelancer operation with financial obligations. The Freelancer values transparency and dependability. ​The Freelancer retains the right to demand full payment in advance from Customers who have previously defaulted on timely payments for future work or require a 50% deposit before ​commencing future work for the Client.

In the event that any of the following circumstances beyond your control arise, a 14-day extension or payment plan with no additional fees may be granted: cashflow issues, health-related ​conditions, bereavement, trauma, relationship and living circumstances, caring responsibilities, and court attendance. Proof of any of the aforementioned circumstances may be required before ​any alternative payment arrangements are made.
